Shipping Info

Lace Heart Boutique ships Australia Wide, New Zealand and United States. At this time, we do not ship to any other countries.


Orders are dispatched Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. Purchases made over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Orders placed on the regular shipping days after 1pm AEST will be despatched the next regular shipping day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST Thursday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.  If by chance there is a public holiday, your order will be despatched the following business day.


Cut off dates for Christmas delivery are Monday 17th December for Regular Parcel Post and Thursday 20th December for Express Post. 

We know how busy our festive season can be which can lead to possible delays on delivery times. 


We use Australia Post and charge a rate of $8.95 Regular post or $10.95 Express. We do have the option on checkout for Signature on delivery for $11.95 Regular post or $13.95 Express. 

Flat rate of $25 on all international shipping. FREE Express Shipping on orders of $100 and over Australia wide. FREE shipping on orders of $250 and over Internationally. 

Regular Shipping: 2- 7 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) depending on location.

Express Shipping: 1- 3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) or possible next day delivery depending if your location is in the express next day network which you can view by clicking the following link -

International Standard Shipping: 1- 3 weeks.

*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and will vary based on your location and during busy sale periods. We are not responsible for delays incurred by incorrectly provided addresses, external factors impacting our shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note: Lace Heart Boutique cannot be held responsible for any possible duties or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

Lace Heart Boutique are not liable for any packages lost/stolen in transit that have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by Australia post. Further, Lace Heart Boutique will not be able to refund or resend the parcel.

If there are any issues regarding lost parcels or parcels deemed delivered, you can get in contact with us and we can lodge an enquiry for you but you will need to contact Australia post with your tracking details for further assistance with this issue.
