1. Returns must be received by us within 10 days from arrival. Items will not be accepted if returned after the 10 day period or without the returns form completed.
2. Items must be received in their original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags still attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks. All returns need to be in their clear plastic packets.
3. We do not offer returns on bodysuits, swimwear, intimates, sunglasses or accessories due to hygiene purposes. In some cases, certain garments are classified as a final purchase due to the delicacy of the piece which will always be noted in the description of the item.
4. We do not cover the costs of return shipping and we recommend returning items through trackable mail, as any items that are not received by Lace Heart will not be issued a refund.
5. Store credit is valid for 3 months from date of issue.
6. All items purchased during a sale period or discount code applied, are not eligible for a return as it is a final purchase.
7. Returns are processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your item.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, it will automatically be forfeited and returned back to the customer at their expense.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault, you will need to contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide us with photo evidence. Once we receive the return, we can then assess the garment to see if it maybe a manufacturers fault. If accepted, we can provide you with a store credit of the amount of the item purchased, replacement of the same item purchased if available in stock or a refund of the amount of the item purchased (excluding shipping).
Please note that loose/excess threads and irregular prints/ see through are not considered as a fault.
Items purchased during pre-order will be dispatched from our warehouse once stock has arrived which you will be sent a confirmation email providing tracking details. We do not offer cancellations or refunds on pre-ordered items. We can't guarantee ETA dates so we do appreciate your patience.
We do not offer exchanges. We do understand it can be difficult at times to know exactly what size to order. Due to the popularity of our range, we have an extremely fast turnover of stock so we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfil an exchange request. Therefore, if a different size is desired, we will automatically issue store credit upon processing your return which can then be used to order a different colour or size of your original garment if available. If returning an item, you will be credited the full value of the item- Original postage fee is not added to your credit.
If returning an item, you will be issued with a store credit of the amount of the purchased item. If you paid for shipping with your purchase you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. Once you have used your store credit, we are unable to take anymore returns from that order.
- Store Credits are not redeemable for shipping costs.
- We regret that Lace Heart is unable to refund any shipping costs under any circumstance.
NOTE- Resolution/Colouring of products can differ due to different accessories used to view. We try our best to display our garments colouring as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your devices display colouring is completely accurate.
